Formed in 2003 when Chris Drew began playing acoustic shows around Tunbridge Wells under the name of Rain Eater, he soon became known for his unique songs and eccentric stage manner. Shortly after the debut album My Name is Legion was released, a Rain Eater band was formed. They went into hiatus in 2006.
Reformed in 2012, Rain Eater are now recording their second album, Life And Other Burdens.
